By filling out a structured form online, you can explain your symptoms or request assistance, and our clinical team will review and respond by the end of the next working day.

How eConsult Works
Using the service is straightforward and requires no login credentials. Simply:
- 1. Visit our website and click the “Consult Now” button or go directly to https://doctorsnhs.webgp.com/.
- 2. Choose whether you want help with a general condition, a specific symptom, or an administrative task (like an extension of a fit note or test results).
- 3. Answer a series of questions about your health. The system screens for red-flag symptoms and will advise you to contact NHS 111 or 999 if immediate care is needed.
- 4. Submit the form. Our triaging clinician will review your response and decide the best course of action. This may result in a prescription, self-care advice, a telephone consultation, or an invitation to a face-to-face appointment.
When to Use eConsult
eConsult is ideal for ongoing, minor, or non-urgent queries. Please do not use eConsult for medical emergencies (such as chest pains, severe shortness of breath, or suspected stroke). In those cases, dial 999 immediately.
