Switch to Online Prescription Ordering
In our ongoing effort to reduce wait times and administrative pressure on the surgery, we are encouraging all patients on stable long-term medications to order repeat prescriptions online. Using a digital platform saves you a telephone call and allows us to process and dispatch your prescription directly to your nominated pharmacy electronically.

Getting Started with SystmOnline
SystmOnline is a secure portal linked directly to our clinical database. To set up your account, follow these simple steps:
- 1. Contact our Reception Team (either by phone or in person) and request SystmOnline access.
- 2. We will generate a unique username and password. Please keep these credentials secure.
- 3. Visit the website https://SystmOnline.tpp-uk.com or download the SystmOnline app on your iOS or Android device.
- 4. Log in and select the repeat medications you need from your approved clinical list.
Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)
Once ordered, your prescription is signed digitally by a GP and sent straight to your chosen pharmacy. You do not need to collect a paper slip from the surgery. Please nominate your preferred pharmacy in your online account settings, and allow 48-72 hours for the pharmacy to prepare your medication.
