Using a digital platform saves you a telephone call and allows us to process and dispatch your prescription directly to your nominated pharmacy electronically.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;By transition to digital prescription requests, patients save an average of 15 minutes per order and reduce surgery call volumes by over 30%.&#8221;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3>Getting Started with SystmOnline<\/h3>\n<p>SystmOnline is a secure portal linked directly to our clinical database. To set up your account, follow these simple steps:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1. Contact our Reception Team (either by phone or in person) and request SystmOnline access.<\/li>\n<li>2. We will generate a unique username and password. Please keep these credentials secure.<\/li>\n<li>3. Visit the website <a href=\"https:\/\/systmonline.tpp-uk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">https:\/\/SystmOnline.tpp-uk.com<\/a> or download the SystmOnline app on your iOS or Android device.<\/li>\n<li>4. Log in and select the repeat medications you need from your approved clinical list.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Electronic Prescription Service (EPS)<\/h3>\n<p>Once ordered, your prescription is signed digitally by a GP and sent straight to your chosen pharmacy. You do not need to collect a paper slip from the surgery.
